It is important in the strategy of Rochester Covenant to engage in the faith experience across the generations. We want to bless and encourage each other as individuals of any age.

Wednesday Nights: Young and old look forward to Wednesday nights at church. After packing weekend meal backpacks for a nearby elementary school, we gather in Fellowship Hall to visit over a delicious meal. Then children leave for Awana at New Day Covenant, and adults enjoy a Bible study and/or later participate in choir rehearsal. Wednesday activities generally follow the school year.

Fellowship Meals: We have potluck meals and picnics in concert with congregational meetings, or “just because.”

Family Fun: Throughout the school year we plan fun social events for all ages. We have made cardboard cars in which we sat to watch a “drive-in movie,” we’ve had skit nights, we have played games, and had picnics. We love hanging out with each other.

Church Retreat: Annual retreats provide time to play and learn together  and share faith across the generations. We use the wonderful facilities at Camp Victory Bible Camp on the Zumbro River, a short distance north of Rochester.
