Dale is a Covenant Pastor who established Merge Ministries, a Covenant mission outreach that coordinates trips for groups from churches in the U.S. to partner with churches in Mexico and other Spanish speaking countries, and elsewhere (Taiwan, Finland, etc).  Rochester Covenant Church youth mission trips to Mexico have been  arranged through Merge Ministries.
