Steve Eng - Lead Pastor
Kristin Limberg - Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministry
As lead pastor, Steve loves to help connect people with God and each other, pursue joyful relationships, and to stretch and equip people to live into a relationship with Jesus and to live out his priorities in everyday life and in the world. Here at Rochester Covenant we love to provide spaces, groups, classes and events where people can discover what it means to have a growing relationship with God and to explore ways to add value to our community.
A Minnesota native and Covenant pastor for over 25 years, Steve graduated from St. Olaf College, Northfield, and North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago, and has pursued additional master’s studies at North Park in congregational vitality. He has served as lead pastor, as a staff pastor and as a church planter in congregations in Washington, Oregon and Minnesota—most recently in Willmar and Alexandria MN. Married to Judy, they have a young adult daughter and teen-aged son. Steve loves to work out, explore the outdoors, do yard work, and learn and experience new things and meet new people from all walks of life.
For the past 20 years Kristin has shared music and story telling through “Hen and Chicks.” Her ministry serves and inspires young children and the adults who love and care for them to “sing, dance and play, loving Jesus all the way.” Kristin and her husband Tim have been married for 24 years and have 3 awesome children and one super-awesome granddaughter. They really enjoy spending time together skiing, sailing, hiking and spinning honey from their two hives. She loves to read, cook, garden and throw a good dinner party!
Carmen is the pleasant voice that greets you on the phone when you call. Carmen is a native Minnesotan, growing up in West Concord with her parents and two sisters. Carmen and her husband Todd have been married for 26 years. They have three children, Heather age 22, Joseph age 19 and Joshua age 16.
She enjoys many forms of music including singing and playing the French Horn. She also enjoys scrapbooking, taking walks, campfires, fishing and spending time with her family.
